The peak hours are very important at buffet meals - which can be seen on Google wonderful - and of course it can sometimes happen in extremely busy times, that something is out ... that will in my experience, filled up quickly. Anyhow, if buffet is time and not wok time. Often, however, "fast" is not fast enough for many today, because one confuses restaurants with fast food chains. Compared to other restaurants or "snack" stands offering Asian food, it is reasonably priced - and to my taste, yummy too. The price-performance ratio is therefore very good. There is a salad bar in the different dressings are offered or you can even make a dressing with oil and vinegar. Of course, some foods may be full and may lose their consistency, especially with fried food that can happen, but it would be normal to go somewhere else where the food is "lying". That's what buffet food is all about ... but personally I would not say it does not taste any more! Also, a buffet meal will never be as hot as fresh from the pan, that will not work, the food cools down naturally, it has to be permanently accessible to guests, but the food is still warm! Not 'hot' that you have to blow for a long time and maybe your tongue burns and then complain people that the food is too hot, but edible, immediately warm to the food! If you expect something different may not go to the buffet or have to avoid these dishes or must come at lunchtime where everything is served fresh or go to the evening when wok food is offered. Personally, I also prefer the wok buffet to the normal buffet. Not because I do not like the normal buffet food, but I get the wok food even more served to my taste and I can do a lot more experimentation and the cook spice it perfect and fries. I have never had anything to complain about and actually belong to the "fussy" people. The only criticism that I can understand are the toilets. They are clean - only they would not need a refurbishment.
